3. Your Content

Images You Upload

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI service. You represent that:

• The images don't violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• The images don't contain illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

AI-Generated Designs

Designs generated by our AI are provided for your personal or commercial use. You may use generated designs for interior design planning, client presentations, social media, and other lawful purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Roommod to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology

5. Pricing and Payments

Roommod offers both free and paid plans:

• Free Plan: Limited number of designs/renders
• Paid Plans: Additional designs, features, and benefits as described on our pricing page

For paid plans:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

6. AI Limitations

Our AI technology is powerful but has limitations. Please understand that:

• Generated designs are AI interpretations and may not be architecturally accurate
• Results may vary based on image quality and prompts
• Generated designs are meant for visualization, not construction plans
• We recommend consulting professionals for actual renovations

7. Intellectual Property

The Roommod service, including our website, AI technology, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Roommod is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roommod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
